The Challenge

What We Built

We built TrackWon as a signal-first platform—not a CRM—that automatically captures engagement from email and calendar, scores each deal's Pulse from real activity, and surfaces one specific Priority Move per Journey every day. Deals are modeled as living Journeys that evolve from first conversation through renewal.
